What is a Zubalero?

A Zubalero is a freelancer who generates money by doing e-commerce, promotional or other jobs for brands, supermarkets and/or retailers through the Zubale application. To maintain their autonomy and flexibility, Zubaleros have total flexibility in how, when, and what types of tasks they work on.

How does Zubale work?
  • The operation process with Zubale is divided into 3 stages - pre-launch, pilot, and expansion.
  • During the pre-launch period, the types of work to be performed by the Zubaleros are defined, project success parameters are established, and roles and responsibilities are defined. Likewise, the technical integration between Zubale and the client is carried out. We also generate the digital training required by the client for the Zubaleros to guarantee the quality of the work performed.
  • During the pilot, Zubale sets up the jobs to be done in its marketplace so that they appear at pre-agreed locations, days and times. Zubale's algorithms connect those jobs with available Zubaleros in the area who can complete the jobs at the required time and schedule.
  • When the Zubalero completes the job, he records it as completed in the Zubale application and uploads evidence of it. Zubale's technology verifies that these jobs have been completed in a timely manner. Zubaleros get paid for completed jobs instantly.
  • As a client, you will have access to a results dashboard where you will be able to visualize, in real time, the completed jobs. In addition, you will only pay for jobs completed on time and on budget!
  • Once the pilot is completed, expansion to more outlets and/or geographic areas is undertaken.
